Invalid key message

Description

We have repeatedly had this problem in several instances (our sandbox, pre-prod, prod.)

Users will be creating requirements and using the prompted next sequential id (ie. REQ-500).

We have tried (for quite some time) to troubleshoot why sometimes that stops working and this message appears. Once it appears for one user, it appears for ALL users and we cannot find a workaround (one semi-workaround is to type in something like REQ-5555 and then add ANOTHER req macro directly below it - it will sometimes then suggest REQ-5556, but when creating the next page, the error persists, so it is not satisfactory and doesn't always work.)

Hi Lara,

This should be fixed now. I've just published the new release and you can upgrade the add-on within Confluence.

Please tell me whether it works!

Thank you,
Adrien

An update on this, I have also now tested Chrome 56.0.2924.87.

Problem persists. Please advise how to correct, thanks.

This is preventing our roll-out to production. We have a limited user pilot running and have hit this roadblock and consider this a showstopper. Please advise as soon as possible, thanks.
