OAuth error between JIRA and Confluence
I am trying to link a Jira ticket to a confluence requirement. (More > requirements yogi > implements > [Confluence requirement])
When I attempt to search for the requirement, I receive an authentication error. This is a new issue and I have not seen this before.
Feel free to comment again if you still meet the issue after 1.7.
The resolution we've implemented is to display the link to manage one's authentication tokens if the request isn't successful. You should now be able to help your user.
If you want to manage your OAuth tokens, please check the following links:
Confluence: /users/revokeoauthtokens.action from your Confluence base URL (you can also find this link in your Confluence profile settings, under "Gadgets", then "View OAuth Tokens")
JIRA: /plugins/servlet/oauth/users/access-tokens from your JIRA base URL (you can also find this link in your JIRA profile, clicking on "Tools" in the top-right corner, and then "View OAuth Tokens")
These two links allow you to revoke any access token (I think the link for Confluence will be the one to use in your case). Then you can ask for a new token in JIRA, check the Dashboard and you should see a warning "Authenticate with Confluence".
I hope this will help you resolve your problem.
We have also added these links directly in the error message shown when searching for requirements in JIRA and this behaviour will be available in the next release.
Thank you for getting back
Can you please give me the steps where i can configure the confluence link?
We have seen this issue in the past. Check the Jira Yogi Configration and confirm that you are using the correct URL to Confluence.
