Search on RY in different spaces

Description

I tried to search requirements on different spaces in confluence.

The result always only contain the result from the current space. I tried out many different statements, but I cannot realise to get the RY from different space.

Maybe you can tell me, where my problem is?

Hi Stefanie,
This is now solved: If you specify a space key in the search, it will search all spaces.

It implies the opposite rule too: If you use NOT spaceKey = 'APSD', it will display requirements from all spaces too (except APSD, of course).

Hi,

We use the default setting of "Isolate Spaces". So it is unticked.

Actually, have you ticked "Isolate Spaces" in the Requirement Yogi administration? It may unblock you in the meantime:

  • The search will become cross-spaces,

  • The suggestions (when you try to insert a link in the editor) will become cross-spaces.

However, there's still the remaining bug that, when a query contains a "space" criteria, the search should be cross-spaces.

Hi,

This is an interesting report. Maybe it's rare for customers to search for requirements across spaces, because no-one has reported this before. I confirm the bug and I'll fix it for the next release.
