Confluence Requirements Yogi Usage details

Hi Team,

We would like to know the usage of Requirements Yogi in our confluence instance for which we need your help.
We are using 2000-user commercial license and our SEN number is (hidden).

Will you be able to help me in getting below details?

1. Find active users using of Requirements Yogi in Confluence
2. Spaces and pages where requirements are created
3. Number of requirements created
4. Last created and modified requirement
5. How often requirements are created and modified?

Hi Vinay,

If you can't find it, it could be because you have fewer than 10 requirements created. Can you find any page if you search for macroName:requirement ?

Hi Vinay,

I won't be able to provide statistics about the top users, but I believe these will answer all you other questions:

  • You have a perpetual license. I've noticed that your support is expiring in 2 days, but that's only the expiry for upgrades. You can keep using the software forever, and download any version published before the expiry date.

  • The number of requirements is displayed on the Onboarding page:

  • You can search for all pages containing requirement macros using: macroName:requirement => This will give you all pages with those requirements, and you can also sort by modification date, so you can see who are the most recent users.
