For Scroll Versions, do not index pages starting with a dot, such as ".Document"

Description

Scroll Versions creates pages with a dot, to manage multiple versions of a page.
In this issue, we'll avoid indexing those.

Impact on other customers?

It may impact other customers, although since Scroll is a very widely used plugin, we believe we can assume people already avoided naming their pages ".Something".

Update in 2.5.16

Although in 2.5.14 we considered those requirements deleted if they were on a page titled ".Document", in 2.5.16 we specifically perform distinctions, so they stay in status "CREATED", although their description will not be filled in, until they are on a Scroll-published page.

One of the upside is that the key is reserved, even if it is on a non-published page, and therefore no collision can happen.
