When comparing two baselines, links which are modified (added, removed) can sometimes be displayed as identical. (It may be necessary to tick "dependencies" to reproduce the issue).
Also, when comparing a baseline with the current version of requirements, all requirements are considered modified (It may be necessary to create a lot of miscellaneous data to reproduce the issue)
